Although we specialize in custom built transmissions, the lists are examples of our most popular packages. We can build a transmission suitable for most any application. All transmissions listed below come with a 1 year guarantee. All of our transmissions are checked for proper operation on a dynamometer and are calibrated to match your particular preference. This ensures customer satisfaction. All of our transmissions are fully detailed and have all external hardware replaced for that new look. All transmissions can easily be shipped via truck freight. It includes weld reinforced forward drum, direct acting forward drum piston (allows use of higher line pressures without disc spring failure), high strength full rollerized forward planetary gear, Vasco input shaft, 6 clutch forward drum, 6 clutch direct drum, large capacity intermediate servo, front and rear rigid Carbon/Kevlar bands, deep cast aluminum pan, all critical friction type thrust washers are replaced with needle bearing assemblies, improved oiling system, full manual or automatic valve body and Cryo treated internals for added strength. Add $250 for optional Pro Tree Transbrake valve body. |

| Welded Front Flex Band | This band has the struts welded to the sheet metal to prevent the ears from being torn off due to high pressures and weak rivets. Band is lined in a Carbon/Kevlar blended material. Reliability is close to a rigid band with costs similar to flex bands. Recommended for applications over 400 horsepower. Same as used in our 500HP build transmissions. | ||

| Rollerized Forward Planet Gear with hub and bearing

End forward planet failures in heavy duty applications with this kit! Each of the 3 pinion gears have a roller bearing fitted to eliminate planet failure. Kit includes planet, ring gear, hub and bearing. We have also fitted a large bearing assembly under planet gear as well. This is a great light weight alternative to 6 pinion planet gears with reduced friction as an added benefit. Red arrow points to needle bearing under pinion gear. | Rollerized Rear Planet Gear

This is a reverse planet gear fitted with a needle bearing assembly on each side of the planet gear. Eliminates the need to machine output shaft hub which can weaken the hub. Kit includes planet gear and 2 needle bearing assemblies. |

This is a reverse drum assembly fitted with a needle bearing between reverse drum and output shaft hub. Bearing is included as well as proper oil modifications to ensure long bearing life. |

| #9 Needle Bearing Kit
|
This kit is easy to install and does not require machining of your case. Designed in our own shop as a “problem solver” for eliminating the #9 thrust washer in favor of a roller bearing. Kit includes sprag inner race, needle bearing assembly, hardened washer and special hub adapter. Don't forget this important location when rollerizing your transmission. |
